This Privacy Policy explains how Northstar Liquors, LLC d/b/a Cheers Wine & Liquor (“Cheers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or use our website, online ordering platform, mobile websites or applications, related services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).

Cheers generally does not need to retain complete payment card information. Payment providers may process or store payment information under their own privacy and security practices.

If you interact with social media features or platforms through the Services, the applicable platform may collect information about your interaction. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Information posted publicly may be accessible to others.
11. CHILDREN
The Services are not directed to children under 13. Because Cheers sells alcoholic beverages and other age-restricted products, the Services are also not intended for individuals below the legal age required to purchase or receive those products.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can evaluate the request and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.

17. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences, we may send promotional communications by email, SMS/text, push notification, telephone, postal mail, or other channels.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions in the communication. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP.
Even after opting out of marketing communications, we may continue sending transactional or operational communications necessary to fulfill orders or provide Services.
18. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE PRIVACY
If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages, we may collect and use your mobile number and messaging preferences.
Messages may include order confirmations, delivery and pickup notifications, shipping updates, account or customer-service communications, promotional messages, and other communications for which appropriate consent has been obtained.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You may opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP.
19. LOCATION INFORMATION
Certain Services may use location-related information to determine store locations, product availability, delivery availability, delivery areas, fulfillment options, or other location-dependent Services.
Location information may be provided directly by you, inferred from your IP address, or provided by your device or service provider. You may manage certain location permissions through your device or browser settings.
20. DO NOT TRACK
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Cheers does not currently respond to all browser-based Do Not Track signals. Where applicable, Cheers recognizes valid GPC signals as described above.

The Services are primarily intended for customers in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Cheers or its service providers operate.
