REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
At Cheers Wine & Liquor, our goal is to provide customers with a positive shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase or experience an issue with an order, please contact us so that we can review the matter and determine whether a return, exchange, replacement, or refund is available.
All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to this Refund & Return Policy and the Cheers Wine & Liquor Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Because alcoholic beverages and other regulated products are subject to federal, state, and local laws, certain products may be subject to restrictions on returns, exchanges, refunds, or transportation.
1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, order confirmation, or other reasonable proof of purchase.
Eligible returns may be refunded to the original form of payment or exchanged, at Cheers’ discretion and subject to applicable law.
Products must generally be:
* Unused; * In their original condition; * In their original packaging, where applicable; and * Purchased directly from Cheers Wine & Liquor.
Certain products and transactions are excluded from the return policy as described below.
2. RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT
Returns without a valid receipt, order confirmation, or other reasonable proof of purchase are generally not eligible for a refund.
At Cheers’ discretion and subject to management approval, an item returned without proof of purchase may be eligible for an exchange or store credit if:
* The item is in its original condition; * The item can be legally returned or exchanged; and * The customer provides valid government-issued photo identification.
The value of an item returned without proof of purchase may be determined using the most recent sale price or another reasonable method determined by Cheers.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following products generally are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Products that have been damaged after purchase; * Products that are spoiled, contaminated, expired, or otherwise unsafe or unsuitable for consumption due to circumstances occurring after purchase; * Products not purchased from Cheers; * Products purchased from another retailer; * Cigars, tobacco, nicotine, or tobacco-alternative products, except where required by applicable law; * Kegs or other specially ordered products; * Allocated, limited-availability, special-release, or final-sale products; * Products identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase; * Gift cards, except where required by applicable law; * Products purchased through third-party marketplaces or delivery platforms, which are subject to the applicable platform’s policies; and * Any product that cannot legally be returned, exchanged, or resold under applicable law.
Cheers reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund, subject to applicable law.
4. RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
Products purchased directly from a Cheers retail location should generally be returned to the same location where the purchase was made.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and must satisfy the eligibility requirements described in this policy.
Customers should bring:
* The product being returned; and * Valid government-issued photo identification when requested.
Refunds, where approved, will generally be issued to the original form of payment.
5. RETURNS FOR STORE PICKUP ORDERS
Orders placed online and selected for in-store pickup are subject to the same general return requirements as in-store purchases.
Pickup orders should generally be returned to the Cheers location that fulfilled the order.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase unless a shorter period applies under this policy or applicable law.
Customers should provide the order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
Products must satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements before a return or refund will be approved.
6. RETURNS FOR LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS
Returns involving local delivery orders must generally be initiated within three (3) days of delivery.
This shorter period is intended to allow Cheers to promptly investigate issues involving delivery, product condition, incorrect items, missing items, substitutions, or other order discrepancies.
To initiate a return or report a problem with a delivery order, contact:
Phone: 407-257-7217
Please provide:
* Order number; * Delivery date; * Item(s) involved; * Description of the issue; and * Photographs or other supporting documentation where appropriate.
Unless otherwise determined by Cheers, local delivery returns must be physically returned to a Cheers retail location.
Cheers generally does not arrange return pickups through delivery drivers or third-party couriers.
If the issue resulted from an error by Cheers, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, refund, credit, or other appropriate resolution.
If the return or failed delivery resulted from circumstances attributable to the customer, including an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required identification, or other customer-controlled circumstances, additional transportation, redelivery, restocking, or related fees may apply where permitted by law.
7. RETURNS FOR SHIPPING ORDERS
Returns involving orders shipped by common carrier or another shipping service are subject to this policy and our applicable Shipping Policy.
To initiate a return or report an issue, contact:
kaiz@cheersfl.com
Please provide:
* Order number; * Date of purchase; * Reason for the return; * Description of the issue; and * Photographs or other documentation where appropriate.
Shipping-related return requests should generally be initiated within three (3) days after delivery for damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective products.
Other eligible return requests must generally be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Certain products may not be eligible for return shipment due to applicable alcohol shipping laws or other regulatory restrictions.
Cheers may require the product to be physically returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
Unless the return results from an error by Cheers or a damaged product attributable to the shipping or fulfillment process, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
8. INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive:
* A missing product; * A damaged product; * A product materially different from what was ordered; or * Another fulfillment error,
please contact Cheers as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, within three (3) days of delivery or pickup.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping materials, or other information necessary to investigate the issue.
After reviewing the circumstances, Cheers may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
* Refund; * Store credit; * Exchange; or * Another reasonable resolution.
9. SPOILED, DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS
If a product is spoiled, defective, contaminated, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for consumption when received, contact Cheers promptly.
Do not consume a product that you reasonably believe is unsafe or contaminated.
We may request photographs, lot information, product information, or other documentation to assist with our investigation.
Any refund, replacement, or other resolution will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.
10. THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY PLATFORMS
If you purchased a product through a third-party platform, marketplace, delivery service, or other third-party application, the applicable third party’s return and refund policies may govern the transaction.
This may include purchases made through platforms such as:
* Uber Eats; * Other third-party delivery marketplaces; or * Other third-party ordering platforms.
Customers should generally contact the third-party platform directly for refunds, cancellations, or order issues relating to purchases processed through that platform.
Cheers may not be able to independently process a refund for a transaction that was processed through a third-party platform.
11. CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order enters fulfillment.
Once an order has been prepared, packed, dispatched, picked up, or assigned to a delivery or shipping provider, cancellation may no longer be available.
If an order is canceled after fulfillment activities have begun, applicable cancellation, restocking, redelivery, shipping, or other fees may apply where permitted by law and disclosed or otherwise authorized.
Cheers reserves the right to determine whether a cancellation can be accommodated based on the status of the order.
12. REFUSED OR FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
* The recipient cannot provide required identification; * The recipient is under 21; * The recipient refuses delivery; * The delivery address is incorrect; * The delivery location is inaccessible; * The transaction cannot legally be completed; or * Other circumstances attributable to the customer prevent delivery,
the order may be canceled or returned to the fulfillment location.
Applicable delivery, redelivery, restocking, transportation, or other fees may apply where permitted by law.
13. SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders, limited-availability products, allocated products, and other products specifically ordered or reserved at a customer’s request may be subject to additional cancellation or return restrictions.
Any applicable restrictions or deposits will be communicated to the customer when reasonably practicable.
14. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & COUPONS
If a return causes an order to no longer qualify for a promotion, discount, coupon, bundle, minimum-purchase offer, or other promotional benefit, Cheers may recalculate the refund based on the terms of the applicable promotion.
The value of a promotional discount may be deducted from the refund where necessary to reflect the price the customer would have paid without the promotion.
Promotional items may be subject to additional restrictions.
15. GIFTS
Gift purchases are subject to the same return and refund requirements as other purchases.
If a gift is returned with valid proof of purchase, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Where proof of purchase is unavailable, Cheers may, at its discretion and where permitted by law, provide an exchange or store credit rather than a refund.
16. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original form of payment.
Depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cheers does not control the processing time of banks, credit card companies, payment processors, digital wallets, or other financial institutions.
17. REFUNDS FOR PARTIALLY CANCELED ORDERS
If only part of an order is canceled or unavailable, Cheers may refund the affected product or products while fulfilling the remaining portion of the order.
Applicable taxes and fees may be recalculated as necessary.
18. DELIVERY, SHIPPING & SERVICE FEES
Refunds of delivery fees, shipping charges, service fees, or other transaction-related fees will be determined based on the reason for the refund and the applicable circumstances.
Where an order cannot be completed because of an error by Cheers, Cheers may refund applicable delivery or shipping charges associated with the affected order.
Where an order cannot be completed because of circumstances attributable to the customer, such fees may be non-refundable.
19. ALCOHOL AND LEGAL RESTRICTIONS
Because Cheers sells alcoholic beverages, returns and refunds are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Nothing in this policy is intended to authorize a return, exchange, refund, transportation, or resale that would violate applicable law.
Cheers may refuse a return or exchange when required to do so by law.
20. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE RETURN ACTIVITY
Cheers reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, or excessive return activity.
We may restrict or deny returns, exchanges, refunds, credits, or other accommodations where we reasonably believe that a customer is attempting to abuse this policy, commit fraud, or otherwise obtain an improper benefit.
Nothing in this section limits rights provided to customers under applicable law.
21. POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Cheers may make reasonable exceptions to this policy based on the circumstances of a particular transaction.
Any exception granted in one instance does not create a right to an exception in another transaction and does not modify this policy generally.
